Executive solutions

OneList Approvals continues to delight decisions makers with its easy to use mobile convenience that eliminates approval bottlenecks. Scenarios integrated into OneList this year include billing approvals, new product introduction approvals, and supply contract approvals. In addition to SAP we integrated with SharePoint, Concur, Ariba, and Successfactors to provide managers with a single point of access to all their digital workflows.

Finance

The IQX Journals for SAP FIORI was rolled out to a number of organisations globally. The solution features easy to complete Excel templates, effective approval workflow and in addition to standards journals can handle accruals, foreign currency adjustments, AP/AR invoice postings.

HR solutions

IQX has provided Fiori timesheet solutions for professional services, maintenance and contractor management. With remote working being a feature of the foreseeable future we continue to digitalize core HR processes from position establishment, change in conditions, to off-boarding. With IQX AppBuilder for SAP Fiori (FAB) our customers have been able to handle the end to end business process workflow and integrate with both SAP and non-SAP HR systems and activities.

Procurement and Supply Chain solutions

A number of customers are benefiting from Fiori purchase requisitions. With FAB, they have enabled anyone to requisition goods and services (including punching out to supplier catalogs) simply and from anywhere. With tailored validations and workflows, procurement policies including maximizing rebates, vendor qualification and competitive quotations can be enforced.

Master Data Management

Material, Vendor, and Customer Master Data Management proved to be great use cases for FAB. The staged collection of inputs from specialists, automation of business rules, timely review and consistent updates to SAP help ensure the quality of this critical master data.
